Okinawa Autotech is an Indian-based electric scooter manufacturer headquartered in Gurgaon. The company was founded in 2015 by Jeetender Sharma and Dr Rupali Sharma and began production at a factory in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Their first electric scooter, the Ridge, was launched two years later. In 2019, Okinawa's i-Praise and Ridge+ models became eligible for the Indian government's FAME-II subsidy, which was a significant boost for the company. That same year, Okinawa also introduced the Praise Pro and Lite models.
